The fire occurred the day after I had left an item there to have the battery checked. I waited a few days to inquire about there being any possibility of there being insurance to cover a replacement. I no longer had a receipt or even the name of the exact model but gave them the best description I could. The staff responded very quickly and offered to replace the item, even giving me a link to Amazon for a similar model. I agreed and ordered the item which they quickly reimbursed me for buying. Awesome customer service, especially given that the building was destroyed by the fire and resulting disruption in business.
